HP Hotel's Revenue Management

Tim Waz, Vice President, Revenue Management.  Tim Waz joined the HP Team in 2007 as Director of Development before stepping into his current role as Vice President of Revenue Management.  Tim has worked in the Hospitality Industry for the last 18 years and has always had a strong focus on Sales and Revenue Management throughout his career.  Tim has also worked directly with the Hilton Garden Inn Brand Team as a Regional Director of Hotel Performance Support.

Tim started Revenue Strategy Solutions (RSS) in 2010 and currently offers full remote Revenue Management support and direction to a portfolio of 13 Hotels.  Revenue Management Solutions focuses on short and long term controls to ensure that revenue is maximized on every potential room night sold while maintaining a competitive rate in the Market to continue growing RevPAR. Tim and his staff work hand-in-hand with the property General Managers and Director of Sales to keep full lines of communications open and ensure all Booking Segments and Channels are utilized and maximized.  Tim holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from the University of Tennessee.
